Outer casing and feet in stainless steel. Adjustable worktop height, ranging from 840 to 900 mm. Strong double-walled self-balancing lid,2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel cooking pot, with bottom made in iron . Thermostatically-controlled cooking temperature range from 100 to 280°C. Electric model: Armoured incoloy heaters for cooking operations. Cooking time lapse adjustment by two timers. A beeper signals the end of each set time. For a better cooking temperature control, core temperature probe is available. Temperature controlled by touch screen and adjustment by an ergonomic knob.
