Outer casing and feet in stainless steel. Adjustable worktop height, ranging from 840 to 900 mm. AISI 304 stainless steel pan. Heating operations are carried out by armoured heaters mounted under the pan base. Thermostatically-controlled temperature range from 50 to 300°C. Cooking time lapse adjustment by two timers. A beeper signals the end of each set time. For a better cooking temperature control, core temperature probe is available. Temperature controlled by touch screen and adjustment by an ergonomic knob.
